Overview

This document provides an overview of responsibilities assumed by Lumen and the customer and proper contact channels.

Audience

Users employed by companies that have agreed to terms with Lumen Sales for the Lumen Cloud product.

The following is not meant to be a complete description of every feature of Active Directory, but to give users context regarding the support Lumen provides. If you have questions or concerns which fall outside the scope presented below, please contact the Lumen Client Service Center at 1-888-638-6771 to submit your request for review. With Service Management or Advanced Services, it is possible for Lumen to provide resources to take on responsibilities beyond what is identified below. Please contact your Lumen sales representative to discuss these scenarios.
